I am a photographer from the South Coast of England. I live by the sea, which for me is great as I get to photograph whenever the opportunity arrises. Most recently though I have ventured in land, capturing shop facades, street corners and laundrettes among other things.
I studied photography in Plymouth where I fell in love with photographers who had been photographing America, mainly through the medium of colour photography. The main influences within my work are William Eggleston and Stephen Shore, the way they can capture even the most mundane of scenes and make it look beautiful is truly amazing.
